Join us for lunch on all 3 workshop days! We will be providing a lunch spread as well as healthy snacks & beverages on all workshop days at the Penthouse inside the Crystal Lodge Hotel. Come in and grab a bite, mingle with your fellow retreaters or load up a to go box and head back to your room for some solo time.

PLEASE READ OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS HERE BEFORE REGISTERING FOR ANY RETREAT.
All Registrants will receive a welcome email along with a survey to establish what level of pole you are in or will be in by the event date along with a request about any dietary restrictions or preferences.
We will also keep you updated once we have allocated a room partner for you if you wish to share accommodations but are travelling alone.

Location: in the heart of Whistler Village, down the stairs between McCoo’s and Lululemon. You can also walk through the lobby of the Hilton Hotel to access the space.

THE POLES
We will dance on 45mm chrome 9 foot x-pole x-stage lights. We will allow a maximum of 2 students per pole.

ALGN Interior Space
ALGN Dance Studio is a beautiful open concept 1200 square foot space with sprung floors, large floor to ceiling mirrors and state of the art sound system.

HOT INSTALLATIONS
The first hydrotherapy stage increases your body temperature which dilates blood vessels, reducing blood pressure and increasing blood flow to the skin and muscles. The increase in body temperature causes perspiration, which helps cleanse the skin and encourages relaxation.

COLD INSTALLATIONS
The second step causes the pores of the skin to close and flushes toxins, with a highly beneficial cold plunge. Rapidly cooling the body helps to release endorphins, and increase your heart rate. This stage is where you will receive the most benefit of the hot-cold-relax circuit.
