Deposits are due upon booking and are non-refundable. Deposits are charged in Canadian Dollars. Deposits are equal to the full amount of your first installment payment.

You may choose to pay for your spot in full or split payments over installments. Installments will be charged to your credit card every month in CAD until the full amount is paid. All payments must be paid in full no later than 30 days before the event start date. Failure to pay the entire amount 30 days before the event start date means we have the right to release your spot to someone on the waitlist. If we have to cancel your spot due to non payment you will be charged a cancellation fee as listed in the Cancellations & Refunds section and then receive a refund for any non-deposit payments made.

Once you have registered you will have 72 hours to cancel and request a full refund. After 72 hours, no refunds will be issued.

If you need to cancel and transfer you spot to someone else you may do so. All transactions must be made between you and the other recipient. We will not be responsible for selling your spot.

Please make sure you check the entry requirements for Canada & ensure you meet them before booking a spot at one of our retreats. If you are prevented from entering the country or if your flight is cancelled missed for any reason, we cannot provide a refund. We highly recommend arriving 1 day before the event starts in case your flight is delayed.
